Run every location with local clarity and organization-wide control

Keep every location in scope.

Switch between your locations in Reef, while staff stay limited to the sites they are assigned to.

How locations work

One control at the top of the screen changes what you are looking at.

Set the location you are working in, and the rosters, classes, schedules, and operational views follow - without logging out, and without a separate account per site.

Underneath that convenience sits the part that matters to whoever signs off on the system: it is not a filter the interface applies as a courtesy. Location-restricted access is enforced in the database, so a restricted user cannot reach another site’s records by any route.

Location assignment gates data. Permissions gate actions.

They are separate controls. A regional manager might see three sites and be able to act at one of them; a front-desk lead might act freely at a single site and see nothing beyond it.

Assignment

People and athletes belong where they actually are.

Staff and athletes can be assigned to one location or to many, with a primary assignment where that is meaningful.

  • One location control across operational screens
  • Primary and multi-location staff assignment
  • Athletes assigned to one or many locations
  • Database-enforced restriction for limited staff
  • Organization-wide records stay visible
  • Per-location geofences for time-clock punches
  • Assigned-group tiers layered on top of location
  • Role templates plus per-user overrides

Day to day

What changes when you add the second site.

Scheduling per site

Each location has its own resources - rooms, floors, lanes, mats - on the 15-minute weekly grid, with conflict review before a schedule publishes.

Staff hours per site

Locations can configure geofenced punches with authorized override, so a punch happens where the shift is. Payroll periods and CSV export cover the organization.

Families across sites

A household can have children at different locations and still receive one bill, and guardians switch between children and organizations with one login.

Being precise

What multi-location means here - and what it does not.

Multi-location in Reef means one organization operating several sites, with location assignment and permission controlling who sees what.

It does not mean franchise billing, consolidated payouts across separate organizations, or corporate roll-up reporting spanning organizations. Each organization onboards to its own Stripe account and receives its own payouts. If you operate several legally separate entities, that is a different shape from what this page describes - worth a conversation rather than an assumption.

Bring every role into the same current.
