For owners and administrators

See the business. Support the people.

Bring revenue, enrollment, capacity, staffing, attendance, incidents, and daily exceptions into one operating view.

Your morning

Know what needs attention today.

The dashboard opens on exceptions rather than on a wall of numbers. Items that need a decision are shown first; the measures you track sit behind them.

  • A needs-attention band for items waiting on someone
  • Enrollment and revenue charts
  • Capacity and fill across your classes
  • Who is clocked in right now
  • Today’s classes, schedule, and recent activity

The money

Finance you can read without exporting anything.

Each organization runs on its own Stripe account with its own payouts. Reef reports on what that account is doing.

  • Collections and collection rate
  • Outstanding and upcoming revenue
  • Aging and overdue balances
  • Payment method health
  • Auto-pay adoption
  • Failed-payment rate

These are operational measures, not accounting statements or financial forecasts.

The questions you are actually asking

Straight answers before you spend a meeting on it.

Can it handle our real household and guardian situations?

Reef supports household seats, full-action or strictly view-only access, guardians outside the household, and per-child exceptions - without duplicating the bill. One child belongs to one household and one bill, while access reflects the arrangement you have been told about. Reef does not verify custody automatically, and it does not encode any jurisdiction’s family law.

Is the feature set real, or is it a roadmap?

The feature index lists what ships today, and it also names the categories Reef deliberately does not do. If something you rely on is missing, you will find that out on a web page rather than in month three.

Control

Delegate the work without handing over the whole system.

Role templates plus per-user overrides let you give people exactly the authority their job needs - and nothing adjacent to it.

Access is enforced in the interface and again in the database, so the control does not depend on a screen hiding a button.

  • Approximately 30 permissions across operational areas
  • Role templates with per-user overrides
  • Assigned-group roster and attendance tiers
  • Staff-only notes separated from family-visible information
  • A sensitive-document tier
  • Approval requirements for unscheduled punches and payroll periods

Assistant

Ask for the number instead of hunting for the screen.

The staff assistant can look up supported operational records, navigate you to the right page, and take permitted actions such as posting an announcement or sending a message.
