Bangai Labs builds software for connected communities. Reef, our class-management platform, is designed around a simple observation: an athlete’s experience is shaped by an ecosystem of coaches, guardians, owners, staff, and teammates.

When those people share the right context, everyday work becomes clearer. Coaches know what comes next. Families stay informed. Staff can act with confidence. Owners can see the business without losing sight of the people inside it.

That is why Reef is one platform with role-aware perspectives - not a set of disconnected experiences.

The idea behind the name is an ecosystem: a place where many different things depend on each other, and where nothing thrives alone. That is how we think about an organization full of coaches, families, staff, and athletes - and it is why the product is built to connect them rather than to file them separately.

Safety in the details

Where there is no valid seat or grant, Reef does not show the record. A parent is never charged for a seat they didn’t get. Schedule changes are held as a draft until you publish.

Respect for every role

A coach’s five minutes at the end of class matter as much as an owner’s reporting. Both are designed for, not just accommodated.

Progress that people can see

Skills, pass-offs, attendance, and competition history stay attached to the athlete and reach the family without being re-entered.

The feature index lists what ships and names what we do not do. The security page names the compliance claims we have not substantiated.

Reef is not a gymnastics product that other organizations are welcome to adapt to. Programs, levels, skills, and resources are defined by each organization, which is what lets a swim school, a dojo, and a dance studio all run on it without pretending to be something else.
