Connected class management for gymnastics organizations

Rec classes and team, running on the same platform.

Keep recreational classes, teams, coaches, skills, families, billing, and daily operations connected around each athlete.

The operating reality

A gymnastics club is really two businesses sharing a floor.

Recreational classes turn over constantly and live on capacity, makeups, and front-desk throughput. Team runs on hours, skills, groups, and competition season. Most software is built for one of those and tolerates the other.

Rec fills and empties every session

Capacity, waitlists, auto-promotion on drop, drop-ins, and makeup eligibility are the daily mechanics - and every one of them touches billing.

Team lives on progression

Skills organized by program and level, requirements, pass-off counts, and group assignment - recorded by the coach who saw it happen.

The floor is the constraint

Bars, beam, floor, vault, pit, and the preschool area are resources that cannot be in two places at once.

Skills and progression

The pass-off is recorded where it happened.

Your organization maintains its own skill library - categories, levels, requirements, and pass-off counts - organized by program. Reef does not ship a curriculum and does not tell you what a Level 4 should be.

  • Skill categories and levels defined by your club
  • Requirements and required pass-off counts
  • Authorized coaches record pass-offs with notes and attribution
  • Progress appears in the staff and family experiences
  • Group and team assignment on the athlete record

Stations and the floor

Schedule the floor before you schedule the class.

Stations and apparatus are organization-defined resources on a 15-minute weekly grid. Reef shows day and time overlaps and resource double-booking before a save is accepted.

Changes are held as a draft until you publish, so a season rebuild does not go live one save at a time. You review conflicts, then publish deliberately - and publishing sends the announcement.

Competition season

Every athlete’s competition history, in their record.

Reef stores per-athlete competition records, event scores, totals, history, and upcoming events - so a season lives on the athlete rather than in a spreadsheet on someone’s laptop.

This is athlete competition records, not meet management.

Reef does not run a meet. It does not do session scheduling for a competition, judge panels, live scoring, or registration for a hosted event. If you need meet management, you will still need meet management software.
