Built to be used by everyone who needs it.
This website is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Here is what that meant in practice, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.
Our target
We build this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. That is a target we design and code against, and the measures below are real and verifiable in the page source.
It is not a certification. No independent audit has been carried out, and no VPAT or accessibility conformance report has been produced. We would rather describe the work honestly than claim a conformance level nobody has verified.
What we have done
- Skip link, landmarks, and one
h1per page, with no skipped heading levels - Every interaction operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Body text at 4.5:1 contrast or better, and status never carried by colour alone
- A real label on every form field, and your input kept after a validation error
prefers-reduced-motionrespected, touch targets of at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels, and reflow down to 320 pixels
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site was difficult or impossible to use, we want to know. Use the contact form and choose Accessibility feedback as the reason.
What helps us reproduce the problem:
- The page you were on
- Your browser and operating system
- Any assistive technology you were using, and its version
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
