Balances, itemization, statements, receipts, and year-to-date paid.
Follow every child’s schedule, messages, payments, forms, absences, makeups, skills, attendance, competitions, and updates from one login.
The feed leads with what needs doing and opens it directly. An invoice opens the invoice. A form opens the form. Nothing asks a parent to go hunting through a menu at 9pm.

Settle a single invoice, or clear every outstanding invoice at once.
Manage payment methods and choose what suits the household.
Turn it on and stop thinking about the monthly reminder.
Available payment options depend on how each organization has configured billing. Payments are processed by Stripe through the organization’s own account.
A child belongs to one household and one bill. Access is a separate question, and Reef treats it separately.
One child. One household. One bill.
Reef supports household seats, full or view-only access, guardians outside the household, and per-child exceptions without duplicating the bill.
A guardian can hold a full-action household seat or a strictly view-only one. Full access is still subject to permission.
Child-specific access without a second bill - and without visibility of the household ledger.
Access can be blocked or downgraded for one child without changing the others.
Where there is no valid seat or grant, Reef does not show the record.
Two boundaries worth stating plainly. Guardians do not see staff-only internal notes, and a guardian with child-specific access outside the household does not see that household’s billing. Reef also does not verify custody arrangements automatically, and it does not attempt to encode any jurisdiction’s family law - your organization sets the access that matches the arrangement it has been told about.
Missing a week should not cost a phone call, and it should not quietly cost you the session either.
Report the absence from the family experience, ahead of the class.
A policy-based makeup credit can be created, with an expiry your organization sets.
Use the credit in any open class, or in the same program and level, depending on policy.
If nothing is open, join standby - an offer that expires can move to the next family.
Credit creation, redemption rules, expiry, and whether a booking needs approval are all set by your organization’s policy. Credits are used within the organization that issued them.
Skills, attendance, and competition history sit alongside the schedule, so the reason your child is there stays visible next to the logistics of getting them there.
Athletes follow their skills, attendance, competitions, and milestones through the family experience.
What families use is not a separate parent product bolted onto an admin system. It is the same platform your organization runs on, showing the part of it that belongs to you.
That is why a pass-off a coach records at 6pm is visible to you at 6pm, without anyone re-entering it anywhere.
